SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak periods (e.g. holidays, product launches) processing times may be slightly longer.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Rielasingen-Worblingen, Germany.


SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.


TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

If you are unsure whether duties or import taxes apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Refused Deliveries If you refuse delivery of a package — for example due to unexpected customs charges — the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Any return shipping fees or customs charges incurred during the return will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds for refused deliveries are processed once the package has been received and inspected by us

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Change of mind / standard return: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchange: The customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop@ac.cars. We will do our best to locate your package with the carrier.

Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@ac.cars with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
