SECTION 4 — PRICES & BILLING
Pricing Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, and EPS. All payment methods are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Billing Currency All prices are displayed and charged in EUR (Euro) by default. Customers in other regions may see prices in their local currency at checkout, converted at the current exchange rate. The final charge will be in the currency confirmed at checkout.
VAT & Taxes Prices displayed for EU customers include VAT where applicable. For customers outside the EU, prices are shown excluding local taxes and import duties. Any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
When You Are Charged Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. In the case of pre-orders or delayed items, you may be charged at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated.
Invoices An order confirmation email is sent automatically after every successful purchase. This serves as your invoice. If you require a formal VAT invoice, please contact us at shop@ac.cars with your order number and billing details.
Failed Payments If your payment fails at checkout, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank or payment provider. If you continue to experience issues, reach out to us at shop@ac.cars.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOMS, DUTIES & REFUSED DELIVERIES For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
If you are unsure whether duties apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Refused Deliveries If you refuse delivery of a package due to customs charges or for any other reason, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused deliveries are processed once the package has been received and inspected by us.
